  After a memorable safari in Etosha National Park, we drove south to Swakopmund, a unique coastal city in Namibia. With its German colonial heritage and stunning desert-ocean contrast, Swakopmund offered a refreshing breezy break. We enjoyed delicious seafood and a meaningful connection with the Atlantic Ocean before continuing our journey into the Namib Desert.

• Camping Under the Stars in Botswana’s Kalahari Desert

  

  The journey begins with a long drive to Ghanzi in Botswana, a country primarily covered by the Kalahari Desert. After camping, we enjoy a sunset and clear starry skies. We prepare for our next destination, Maun, which serves as the gateway to the famous Okavango Delta.
